Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Physiotherapist (Women’s Team) at Cricket Association of Bengal. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing specialized physical therapy services to the women’s team. Your day-to-day tasks will include assessing and treating injuries, developing and implementing rehabilitation programs, and collaborating with coaches and other healthcare professionals to optimize the performance and well-being of the players. This is an on-site role located in Kolkata.

Qualifications

  • Masters of Physiotherapy in Sports with 3-5 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience in sports physiotherapy
  • Ability to assess and treat sports-related injuries
  • Experience in developing and implementing orthopaedic & sports rehabilitation programs
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics related to cricket
  • Knowledge of injury prevention strategies
  • Valid license or certifications in physiotherapy like CDCT,CDNT,CFTK,Certified BLS,CPR,CMMT etc
  • Experience working with female athletes is a plus
  • Experience in cricket or other Field & Track sports ,Football-Hockey like team sports is a plus
