About The Role
A champion for the Big Bash league and Clubs, the Customer Marketing Coordinator – Big Bash Leagues will support the successful implementation of digital customer campaigns with specific focus on email, display and social marketing. Specifically, the focus is on driving ticket sales for Big Bash games by retaining, growing and targeting our audiences across Big Bash Leagues.
This is an exciting time for us, as we seek a Customer Marketing Coordinator – Big Bash Leagues within our Digital, Marketing and Communications department. We’re looking for someone to deliver smart, integrated campaigns. It’s a critical role coordinating and delivering for our customer, the Big Bash League and our clubs.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager – Big Bash Leagues you’ll be responsible for:
- The development of and execution of email, web & push campaigns to grow consumer revenue
- Support the League and Big Bash Clubs to build and deliver segment-led integrated digital and customer communications plans
- Build and test customer journeys and automated emails
- Update and build pages on the Big Bash website as required
- Analyse data and prepare reports to provide recommendations for future campaigns
- Advise on best practice use of channels available
Who We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing and communications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications: e.g. Communications, Marketing degree
- Strong project coordination skills, which you’ll use on a daily basis
- Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, email marketing platforms, content management and Google Analytics
- Copywriting capabilities highly desirable
- Experience in set up & deployment of EDM campaigns
