ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting time for us, as we are looking to find a Diversity & Inclusion Specialist to be an amazing addition our People & Culture department. We’re looking for someone who will help shape Cricket Australia’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy and support the delivery of projects and initiatives under it.

If you consider yourself a champion of inclusion, we want to hear from you. We have big ambitions for this space, so we’re looking for drive, passion, and energy to bring our plans to life.

Reporting to the Head of Social Impact & Sustainability you’ll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating D&I and RAP working groups.
  • Providing specialist advice and support to all Cricket Australia departments to ensure our people processes, programs, events, marketing and communications champion inclusion.
  • Supporting D&I initiatives relating to external partnerships and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining a dashboard of D&I metrics and respond to internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Developing and updating D&I policy documents.
  • Supporting the Head of Social Impact & Sustainability in the engagement of the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cricket Advisory Committee.
  • Supporting the delivery of Cricket Australia’s Stretch RAP and assist the development of the next iteration.
  • Regularly updating D&I content across Cricket Australia’s communication channels.

  • Influencing skills and stakeholder management experience
  • The ability to think strategically and on a national and local level
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to present information confidently
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task competing priorities
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to build trusted relationships across the whole of the organisation
  • Genuine commitment to championing inclusion
