ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Partner to join our Finance team. The Finance Business Partner will work closely with budget owners with a primary focus of delivering all forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis requirements. This role plays a critical part in supporting CA’s strategic and financial objectives and is a great opportunity for someone looking to work with a diverse portfolio.

If you consider yourself a driven finance professional with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, we want to hear from you.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll be responsible for:

– Monthly reporting, performance insights and analysis to understand and improve performance.

– Forecasting and budgeting, including developing annual budgets and detailed schedules to support.

– Contributing to the development and maintenance of an up-to-date Long Range Planning Model.

– Partnering with operational stakeholders to improve commercial outcomes and business guidance.

– Other ad-hoc financial duties required by the Head of Finance from time to time.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

– Minimum 3 years of analytical and business partnering experience

– Tertiary qualifications in Finance

– Excellent communication and influencing skills

– Strong quantitative and analytical skillset and experience

– Strong commercial mindset and the ability to solve complex problems

– Well organised and the ability to achieve tight deadlines

– Ability to multitask and work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously

The following skills are not required, but will be highly regarded:

– Professional qualifications such as CAANZ or CPA

– Experience partnering with Technology teams

– Experience with TM1, Power BI and Cognos BI
