    We are looking for a dynamic, energized technophile to join our team and help us shape our Dynamics and Power Platform roadmap for our national organisation. You will be working directly with Microsoft, our internal SME’s, and various leaders across the business, helping us shape innovative technologies into a roadmap for Australian Cricket. This is a rapidly developing space so we need someone keen to learn, and passionate to share their knowledge with those around them.

    Reporting to the Product Manager – CRM, and working within our Enterprise Platforms team, you will be responsible for helping to create a shared understanding within your team as they embark on the journey of turning product ideas into a reality. You will leverage a diverse range of techniques and methodologies to make both incremental and large scale improvements within the business.

    About the role

    We are looking for someone who can apply their business knowledge and expertise using technology to help deliver engaging and memorable experiences for Cricket’s fans, participants and volunteers. This role will require the ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with stakeholders across Australian cricket to ensure needs are met organisation-wide.

    Specifically, you will be responsible for:

    Supporting the delivery of outstanding solutions that address Australian Cricket’s needs, including:
  • Supporting the CRM Product Manager in developing strategic product roadmaps;
  • Gathering requirements and acceptance criteria and scoping new projects;
  • Breaking down the complexities of projects through user stories that help the team to understand what they are striving to achieve;
  • Documenting Acceptance Criteria to ensure the team is aligned on what work is required to be done to complete a user story;
  • Executing User Acceptance Testing to verify that the Acceptance Criteria has been met;
  • Facilitating workshops and assessing and documenting options.
  • Undertaking systems testing;
  • Helping to guide and nurture the working practices of the team.

    The Agile approach:
  • Facilitating various Agile ceremonies and other meetings with the team and with key stakeholders across the business;
  • Supporting the team on continuous improvement, and proactively look to resolve any barriers that the team is facing;
  • Contributing to the Agile practices at Cricket Australia to ensure we continually improve our delivery practices.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor of Science (Software/Systems Engineering/Infrastructure). (optional)

    Essential:
  • Experience in working as a Business/Functional Analyst – in Dynamics 365.
  • Ability to configure Dynamics 365 CE – Form Customizations, Workflow, Power Automate, Power apps
  • Ability to address/rationalise application issues/priorities and understand the technologies supporting the application
  • A good understanding of techniques such as Agile, Kanban, and Lean product development.
  • Strong facilitation skills in areas such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives and impromptu meetings.
  • Strong requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in creating user stories and using techniques, such as user story mapping.
  • Experience in working with distributed teams.
  • Experience in using electronic tools such as JIRA, Trello, etc.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
