We’re looking for a driven and experienced Integrity Partner, Education Lead to join our Integrity team.
Reporting to the Head of Integrity, you’ll be accountable for development, management and delivery of best practice and innovative integrity compliance education programs across Australian Cricket and provision of advice and on-going education to participants

About The Role
Your key responsibilities will include:
Education Lead
- Responsibility for creation of content and development and implementation of integrity compliance education framework
- Tailoring content to targeted audiences
- Liaise with subject matter experts in relation to specialised integrity content
- Work with all key stakeholders to manage the delivery program/schedule and associated logistics and administrative requirements, ensuring that education is delivered annually
- Develop and implement an on-going communications framework to ensure consistent messaging and reinforcement of integrity related content
- Assist with presentation (as required) of integrity education to all relevant participants
- Manage education program budget
Integrity
- Assist with on-going advice and education to Match Officials: assistance with Code of Conduct enquiries and issues
- Assist with maintaining the Code of Conduct Register and facilitating Code of Conduct Commission hearings
- Ensure compliance with Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) requirements
Point Of Contact For All
Player Development:
- Australian Cricketers Association (ACA) Player Development Mangers for all integrity development needs, program performance and wellbeing initiatives matters related to professional development and wellbeing program run by the ACA
About You, You’ll Have
Desired Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience of development of educational programs
- Demonstrated knowledge of different learning types (i.e. adult/adolescent)
- Prior Training and Assessment experience
- Familiarity with integrity processes and associated codes & policies
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Self-starter and work autonomously
- Strong collaboration
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathetic, engaging and confident
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong presentation skills
