Here’s the deal…
We’re looking for a driven Event Operations Coordinator to join our Big Bash Leagues team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exciting content to our fans.

Reporting to the Operations Director, BBL you’ll be responsible for coordinating and delivering our match day requirements across the summer. While it is our preference for this role to be Melbourne based, we are open to it being filled from anywhere in Australia!

About the role

Your key responsibilities will include:
– Coordinate and provide guidance on operation delivery of match day deliverables
– Plan and coordinate League activation requirements
– Produce and update key guidelines, timelines and documents for planning
– Coordinate league responsibilities for partner activations
– Coordinate our Club Match Day activation requests
– Work with clubs, partners and our broadcast team to optimise event experience
– Support the planning and execution for WBBL and BBL finals series

About you

You’ll have:
– Tertiary qualifications in relevant field
– Outstanding attention to detail
– Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
– At least 2 years experience in a similar role
– Excellent stakeholder management skills
– Experience in operational match day delivery and activations
– Experience working in a League or Club environment
