ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting time for us, as we have a role within our Community Cricket & Capability department. We’re looking for someone to play a crucial role in shaping and developing brilliant learning experiences for both our employees and the communities we serve. If you consider yourself acting as a strategic partner to the business, contributing to the development of learning and change initiatives that align with our strategic priorities, we want to hear from you. We have big ambitions for this space, so we’re looking for drive, passion, innovative thinking and energy to bring our plans to life.

Reporting to the Capability and Change Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

– Learning design and development which includes taking a leading role to understand, design and deliver key learning outcomes for People & Culture, Risk, Integrity and other key stakeholders

– Working with key stakeholders to influence change processes, including communications, engagement and the support needed to ensure learning is launched and embedded across the organisation

– Adopting a true co-design approach to consulting through the program design process

– Working with key members of the Community Cricket & Capability department to support the development of learning requirements that are targeted at supporting the execution of our participation and volunteer programs

– Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, advocating for the importance of learning and development in achieving our objectives

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

– Tertiary qualifications (Bachelor or Master’s Degree) in Business, Education or HR related discipline

– Demonstrated instructional design experience, including designing and delivery of blended learning experiences across multiple platforms

– Ability to adapt to changing situations and environments and to balance multiple priorities while remaining focused and clear

– Demonstrated collaboration and creative thinking skills

– Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
