NERF will light up eight matches in KFC BBL|11, beginning with the season opener on December 5 when the Sydney Sixers take on the Melbourne Stars at the Sydney Cricket Ground. At the eight NERF-inspired matches, fans will get to play beyond limits competing in fun-filled events on field during the innings break, while in the fan zone kids can test their NERF blaster skills with awesome prize giveaways.

Additionally, one lucky fan will win the Ultimate KFC BBL Stadium Staycation in the NERF House for themselves and five friends. This prize includes return flights to Adelaide, an overnight stay in the Adelaide Oval’s NERF house at the Adelaide Strikers vs Sydney Sixers match on January 18, and a variety of awesome experiences.

Details of all NERF matches and the consumer promotion can be found at cricket.com.au/big-bash/nerf.

The partnership between NERF and the League has been launched today via the NERF Cricket Challenge digital series, featuring players from all eight Big Bash clubs: Matt Renshaw (Adelaide Strikers), Grace Harris (Brisbane Heat), Ben McDermott (Hobart Hurricanes), Holly Ferling (Melbourne Renegades), Billy Stanlake (Melbourne Stars), Lilly Mills (Perth Scorchers), Jordan Silk (Sydney Sixers) Usman Khawaja (Sydney Thunder).

Natasa Zunic, Hasbro Pacific, Marketing Director said:

“We are excited about partnering with the KFC Big Bash this summer. Big Bash cricket is a wonderful fit for NERF – as a leading active play brand, we encourage Aussies to play outdoors.”
