Tickets for the NRMA Insurance Brisbane Test are in strong demand, with a sell-out expected for Day 1 at the Gabba on December 17, where the top ranked ICC Test Championship nations Australia and South Africa will face off.

There are only a few thousand public tickets remaining for Day 1 with almost 80% already sold. Tickets start at $30 for adults and $10 for children.

“Nearly one million fans have already come through the gates for this summer of cricket and it’s great to see the excitement building for the start of this highly anticipated series.

“The NRMA Insurance Brisbane Test is always one of the great occasions on the cricket calendar and the showdown between the Australian and South African pace attacks is going to make this encounter particularly memorable.

“We’re really pleased so many cricket fans will start the summer school holidays in Queensland cheering on the Aussies during what should be an amazing Test and a gripping three-Test series.

“We’re encouraging fans to purchase their tickets now for Day 1 to avoid disappointment.”
