We’re looking for a driven Participation Reporting & Insights Lead to join our Community Cricket team. You don’t need to be a Cricket wiz to be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone who can lead and energise our transformation to a data and insight driven profession powering incredible community outcomes via cricket.

Reporting to the Head of Participation you’ll be responsible for operationalising strategy, and data while supporting teams in building reporting capability through establishing measure and incorporating insight and driving accountability.

Working with one of Australia’s biggest sports, you’ll have the network and backing to lead community change and impact on a substantive scale.

About The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead a change management approach to build data/reporting literacy and application to improving operational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Review internal and external data with Analytics support to generate meaningful insights for Community Cricket teams and communities
  • Lead and support research projects
  • Support Community Cricket Senior Managers with monitoring/adapting Community Cricket strategy, planning, and operations
  • Building actionable scorecards and KPIs

You’ll Have

About you

  • High agency: demonstrated capability to achieve exceptional results despite barriers
  • Repeated success as a change agent via utilsing performance analysis and reporting to influence key business partners, ideally for sales operations planning
  • Expertise to make the complex simple, breaking down issues and processes, applying critical thinking and supporting desired outcomes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly to team members and stakeholders, including the ability to present complex data and concepts to senior stakeholders to influence decision making
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a consultative and collaborative approach and able to work effectively across functional and organisational boundaries
  • Project management skills and advanced MS Excel Skills to create and present detailed reports
  • Experience using Power BI
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 year’s experience in a similar role or environment
