Entry to Day 5 of the second Vodafone men’s Ashes Test between Australia and England at Adelaide Oval will be by donation to Taverners Australia, Cricket Australia’s Charity Partner for the Vodafone Adelaide Day-Night Test.
Taverners Australia is a cricket-focused charity supporting cricketers with a disability and cricketers from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds through sporting participation and inclusion, sharing Cricket Australia’s vision of cricket being a sport for all.
All funds raised during the Test go to Taverners Australia and Cricket Australia’s Sporting Chance Fund to provide cricket opportunities for people with a disability.
This includes the chance to represent their state at the National Cricket Inclusion Championships, where Australia’s most talented cricketers who are blind or have low vision, deaf or hard of hearing and cricketers with an intellectual disability, compete for one of three national titles.
