Reporting to the Principal Engineer, in this role you will be responsible for working closely with a team to nurture a set of CRM-based products, iterating on new ideas based on insights and supporting them through production.

About the role

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Working within a team, and with Cricket Australia stakeholders and partners, to deliver new experiences in the CRM products that your team is responsible for;
  • Innovating and enhancing the current business solutions and recognizing areas of the systems that require change;
  • Providing technical leadership when working on projects following modern day development practices and to ensure technology needs are balanced with the outcomes we are aiming for;
  • Contributing to the development practice at Cricket Australia to ensure we continually improve our engineering standards;
  • Breaking down barriers within the team, to ensure everyone is working together and not in isolation;
  • Working with the team and contributing towards our goal of continuous delivery;
  • Working with teams for release management, continued deployment automation (DevOps).

    About you

    To succeed in this role, you will have:

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s of Science (Software/Systems Engineering/ Information Technology).

    Essential:
  • 4-7 years’ experience in software development.
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365/ Power platform).
  • Strong technical function knowledge of Dynamics CRM in configuration and customizations.
  • Experience in Plugin development, Power automate, Power apps, Power portal, Scribe, Dataverse / CDS, Javascript.
  • Experience in development through cloud services preferably Azure – API Apps, API Management, Web Apps and Functions.
  • Experience in Power BI, SSRS, CRM reporting.
  • Skills in modern software development techniques such as continuous delivery, test driven development, pair programming, etc.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • A desire to continually learn and embrace emerging technologies.
