We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Social Media Producer – Big Bash to join our Digital team.

Reporting to the Social Media Team Lead you’ll be responsible for executing a high-quality social media presence across Big Bash social media channels in order further the connection between young Australian fans and the most exciting entertainment prospect in Australian cricket.

About The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-day administration of Big Bash social media channels and execution of social media campaigns
  • Produce innovative and creative content across each of the Big Bash social media channels to engage existing and prospective fans
  • Offer insights and execution in helping Big Bash sit at the forefront of CA’s Gen Z-focussed audience-growth strategy
  • Work collaboratively with other functions of the business, in particular offering support to the broader social media team on other CA owned channels
  • Assist W/BBL clubs with achieving their digital objectives, including building fan passion

About You

to succeed in this role, you’ll have:

  • Highly proficient in Adobe editing products such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Experience working in a digital content and/or communications team and managing social media communities
  • Strong written communication skills, outstanding attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • An excellent knowledge of W/BBL cricket
  • A vested interest in emerging social media platforms, trends and movements beyond cricket
  • An understanding of digital and social media analytics
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
