We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Social Media Producer – Men’s International to join our Digital team.

Reporting to the Social Media Team Lead you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy across multiple channels designed to help build connection between the Australian public and their men’s national cricket team.

About The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-day administration of the Australian Men’s Cricket Team Facebook page, and establishment of an ongoing Instagram presence under the same handle
  • Produce innovative and creative content across each of the social media channels to engage existing and prospective fans
  • Work seamlessly alongside the Men’s National Team to provide fans an insight into team operations and build connections between players and audiences.
  • Produce engaging social video content in line with the priorities of the Strategic Content team
  • Work collaboratively with other functions of the business, in particular offering support to the broader social media team on other CA owned channels

About You

to succeed in this role, you’ll have:

  • Ability to think quick and interpret key moments as potential content opportunities, capturing high-quality content on the fly
  • Experience working in a digital content and/or communications team and managing social media communities
  • Highly proficient using Adobe editing products such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Strong written communication skills, outstanding attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • An excellent knowledge of cricket
  • An understanding of digital and social media analytics
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
