ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting time for us, as we have created a brand new Sports Presentation Producer role within our Events & Operations department. This role will be an integral part of the team, responsible for the planning and delivery of Cricket Australia’s international event experience across a variety of platforms both at match and for special events and activations.

We’re looking for someone who is a strong team player with a willingness to learn and high levels of enthusiasm. If you consider yourself someone who possesses excellent stakeholder management and customer service capabilities we want to hear from you. We have big ambitions for this space, so we’re looking for drive, passion, and energy to bring our plans to life.

Reporting to the Senior Event Experience Director you’ll be responsible for:

– Promoting and supporting the delivery of the Event Experience strategy in line with CA strategy and objectives.

– Working closely with the Senior Event Experience Director and agency partners to build plans for delivery of our event experience program including liaison with cricket’s key stakeholders and internal departments.

– Participating in the creative development and approval process for all big screen and LED assets.

– Managing submission and transfer of all CA and State content for big screen and PA.

– Supporting the Event Experience delivery on site at match, including on weekends, during event hours and interstate where required.

– Collaborating with CA agency partners to create and circulate key planning documentation, including event overlays, venue and broadcast interface protocols, risk documents, activation maps, activity proposals and briefing materials.

– Coordinating the smooth delivery of all Event Experience program administration, including accreditation processes, ticketing, agency and partner agreements, apparel requirements, flights and accommodation, storage and other key obligations as directed.

– In collaboration with agency partners, effective planning, management & reconciliation of our Event Experience budget including responsibility for processing all invoices for the program using financial management software.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

– Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building and customer service capability.

– Major sport or entertainment event delivery experience.

– Confidence in a fast-paced environment and an ability to multitask and efficiently prioritise.

– Proven ability to work autonomously.

– Strong administration and organisation skills with excellent attention to detail and time management capability.

– Strong team player with a willingness to learn, team ethic, high levels of energy and passion.

– Ability to clearly articulate and sell internal strategy.

– Proven ability to develop and implement contemporary content and presentation concepts and practices.

– Demonstrated leadership, collaboration and creative thinking skills as well as excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

– Commercial awareness.

This role will require a readiness to travel and work remotely for extended periods of time.
