We’re looking for a driven Event Coordinator to join our Event Experience & Operations Department in this 6 month fixed term role.

Reporting to the National Hospitality & Special Event Manager you’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating the delivery of Cricket Australia’s hospitality and special events portfolio.

About The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Hospitality & Special Events team in the end to end delivery of our Hospitality and Special Events
  • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement at much run sheets, briefing materials, event timelines and budgets
  • Work closely with the Event Manager to coordinate the delivery of the overall guest match arrival experience
  • Assist with the maintenance and improvement of policies, procedures and staff manuals for the Hospitality program

You’ll Have

  • Tertiary Qualifications in relevant field
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Experience working with caterers to ensure a high quality service
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in high pressure environment with competing priorities
