Cricket Canada, established in 1892 and based in Toronto, governs cricket in Canada. It manages national men's and women's teams, youth teams, and grassroots programs. An ICC associate member since 1968, Cricket Canada represents the country in the ICC Americas region.

The following individuals were elected to the board for 2 year terms at the AGM, 26 June 2021

Vice-president: Mohammed Shaikh 

Treasurer: Charles Pais 

Director (female): Durriya Shabbir 

Directors at large: Harjinder Dhillon, Gurdeep Klair

Mohammed Shaikh vacated his director at large position, and at the new board’s first meeting, David Liverman was appointed to fill the position until the next AGM.
