Hours: 37 hours per week
Reporting To: Head of Participation & Growth
Remuneration: £27,500 – £32,500 (Dependent on Experience) + expenses in line with Cricket East expenses policy

The Opportunity:

This role is essential to Cricket East – the communities we serve are diverse.

At Cricket East, we understand that we serve a key role in supporting our communities. This role is designed to play a pivotal role in connecting those communities, using cricket as a vehicle to bring people together. The Diverse Communities Manager will build relationships that enable Cricket East to engage with harder to reach, underrepresented groups. Working across Bedford, Luton, and Peterborough and other urban areas the role will engage with a variety of organisations to help Cricket East develop partnerships and continue to build its reputation.

The Diverse Communities Manager will embed themselves within urban areas, making sure they are a visible and trusted individual, making cricket as accessible, inclusive, and diverse as possible through connecting our pathways, providing new opportunities, and ensuring cricket is a game for everyone.
