Job Title: Head of Participation and Growth

Line Manager: Chief Executive Officer
Location: Primarily based at our Head Office (Rowley Park, St Neots, PE19 6SL) with flexible/ hybrid working.
Remuneration: £35,00 – £40,000 (Dependent on Experience) + expenses in line with Cricket East expenses policy
The Role:
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will play a key role in the ongoing development and success of Cricket East.
Cricket East is responsible for the participation and growth programmes across Bedfordshire and Huntingdonshire. The Head of Participation and Growth will lead, develop and grow the game across all our clubs, within schools, for both women and men and across all our diverse communities.
