Club Connects Workshop : Volunteer Engagement with Volunteer Ireland
Our Cricket Clubs could not function without volunteers and it is important we understand how to engage those who volunteer or are interested in getting involved.
Topic: Volunteer Engagement Essentials
The world has changed over the last number of years, so too has volunteering engagement. In this session we’ll explore good practice, recruiting and engaging new volunteers and explore how to make our offer more flexible and enticing to those interested in volunteering.

Sport Inclusion & Disability Awareness workshop with Active Disability Ireland
Cricket is an inclusive sport of participants with varying abilities. It is important for clubs to be aware of how we can adapt cricket to engage people with disabilities to participate.
Delivered by Active Disability Ireland this workshop is designed to build awareness around people with disabilities participating in community sport and physical activity.
