During the Special General Members’ Meeting of the KNCB on 9 February, the members unanimously expressed their support for a Board Committee led by Marc Asselbergs.
The committee also consists of Sulaiman Tariq, Peter van Gulik, Wim Pielage, Hans Peter van Arkel and Erik van der Vegt and has been given the following assignment:
- Giving advice regarding the structure of the board and creating workable agreements for a successful collaboration between the Board and the Bonds Bureau
- Putting together a new KNCB board as a proposal to the GMM
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of a new CEO of the KNCB.
The aim of the committee is to present results during the Spring Meeting.
