Dutch international Sterre Kalis has signed a full-time contract with the Northern Diamonds, in England. This is the first time a Dutch woman has signed a full-time cricket contract.
Kalis has had a strong season with the England team. Her performance also made her selected for the unique The Hundred tournament, where she played for the Northern Superchargers.
Kalis is also very excited about this milestone: “I am very happy with this step. It gives me the opportunity to focus fully, full-time, on cricket and develop myself further, in a professional environment!”
