The Cricket Scotland Men’s Regional Pro Series Final, scheduled to be played on Sunday 11th July at Titwood, has been postponed accommodate a number of rescheduled Men’s Scottish Cup quarter-final fixtures.

Several Scottish Cup ties were affected by bad weather at the weekend meaning they must be played on Sunday and Cricket Scotland has decided that it is in the best interests of the game for those clubs to be able to field full-strength sides for those ties.

Cricket Scotland Chief Executive Gus Mackay said  “We recognise the importance of the Scottish Cup and what it means to all involved. Given that the national team’s CWCL2 fixtures later this month have been postponed, this allows us some flexibility in rearranging the Regional final and means clubs can participate at full strength this weekend with players who would otherwise have been playing for the Regional sides taking part.”

The Men’s Regional Pro Series Final between the Western Warriors and Eastern Knights will be rescheduled to a date later in the month to be announced next week.
