Ahead of the Scotland Men’s squad involvement at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup this summer, Cricket Scotland is pleased to announce a partnership with International Cricket Tours, the ICC-recognised tour operator, offering travel packages for supporters planning to head to the Caribbean.

This is the first time International Cricket Tours have offered a tour involving Scotland matches. Packages include set tours and tailored tours focused on Scotland fixtures during the tournament.

Scotland will face England, Namibia, Oman and Australia in Group B between June 4 and June 15.

Supporters will be able to follow the team to the idyllic islands of Barbados, Antigua, and St Lucia. Flights from the UK and across the Caribbean, excellent 3 or 4-star accommodation, airport and match day transfers and top-class match tickets will be included in packages.

Sara Malin, Managing Director of International Cricket Tours, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Cricket Scotland to provide Scottish fans with high-quality travel packages for a variety of budgets. This summer’s ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in the Caribbean represents an amazing chance for supporters to enjoy incredible holiday destinations and back their team at a global competition.

“International Cricket Tours is keen to play a role in growing the profile of cricket in Scotland, and our team of experts are ready to speak to anyone interested in making their first foray into cricket touring.

“Antigua, Barbados and St Lucia are all vibrant, culture-rich islands, full of colour and character, and provide an amazing backdrop for the cricket this June. Our travel advisors have intimate knowledge of the region and can be relied upon to put together a varied and vibrant trip.”

Claire Drummond, Cricket Scotland Commercial Manager, said:

“We are pleased to partner with International Cricket Tours for the first time ahead of an exciting period for our game. This is ICT’s first foray into the Scottish market, and it could not be better timed ahead of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.

“It is particularly pleasing to note that ICT have recently launched tours for women’s cricket. With Scotland’s Women eyeing a place at the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup later this year, we hope this is the beginning of a fruitful partnership that goes hand-in-hand with success on the field for our men’s and women’s international teams.”
