The hometown team emerged victorious at Sunday’s penultimate Wee Bash of the indoor season at Bell’s Sports Centre in Perth.

Nine local teams competed across the day: Perth Doo’Cot CC, Stoneywood Dyce CC, Strathmore CC, Dunblane CC, Stirling CCC, Dundee University CC, Meigle CC, Falkland CC & Freuchie CC. Perth Doo’Cot walked away as overall winners after strong performances with bat, ball and in the field.

All games were played with great enthusiasm, high spirts & with the upmost respect for all players and officials. It was great to see returning & new faces at the event enjoying cricket!

Everyone involved would like to extend a massive thank you to Richard Rennie (P&K Development Officer) & the P&K coaches for their amazing efforts. Further thanks must go to all players, coaches & supporters for making the day so exciting.

The final indoor Wee Bash will take place on Sunday 16th of April 2023 at MES.
