Following recommendations from the recent Plan4Sport review, Cricket Scotland has started its search for a new Chairperson and Non-Executive Director

The main purpose of the Chairperson role is to lead the Board of Directors and to set the strategic direction of Cricket Scotland, overseeing the overall management and implementation of the strategy and business plan.  The Chairperson will lead the governance review that is one of the major recommendations emanating from ‘Changing the Boundaries’ and provides an important bridge to the International Cricket Council, sportscotland and a number of other key partners.

The main purpose of the Non-Executive Directors’ role is to provide creative contribution, and independent oversight and challenge to the executive team at Cricket Scotland to help the team achieve its goals, as set out in the organisation’s strategy and business plan, and in particular its action plan emanating from the “Changing the Boundaries” report into racism in Scottish cricket.
