SAFE AND RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

With many of us spending more time at home it’s especially important to remember to always gamble safely, responsibly, and make sure you take breaks to enjoy other non-gambling related activities. Please take a moment to read below about tools that can help you do this.

Playing at Betway is intended to be fun and entertaining. Our commitment is to our customers – sharing the thrill with you. That means it’s our responsibility to give you a safe gambling environment, which is why we’re encouraging everyone to take a look at our ‘tips and advice’ section, to give you all the tools needed to gamble safely and continue to have fun.

TIPS & ADVICE

Gambling should only ever be a form of entertainment. But sometimes, things can go a little too far. If you’re concerned about how much you gamble, or are worried about a loved one’s habits, then take a look at the following tips and advice below:

  1. Always try to keep track of your gambling spend and time! Remember this should be for entertainment only!
  2. Never spend more than you can afford to lose! Set yourself a budget and stick to it.
  3. No matter how many times red has come, that doesn’t mean black is due! Games are also never ‘prime’ or ‘due to pay’ – No amount of losses increases your chances of a win. Gambling, for the most part, is random, and our casino games use a certified random number generator (RNG).
  4. “No way the dealer can get another 21 right?” –Though some games like blackjack and poker require skill, there is still a random element of how the cards are dealt!
