Adam Lyth’s suspension from bowling in competitive county cricket has been lifted after he passed an independent assessment at Loughborough University earlier this month.
The independent assessment confirmed that Lyth had remedied his bowling action within the prescribed 15 degrees of elbow extension threshold as defined in the ECB Regulations for the Review of Bowlers Reported with Suspect Bowling Actions.
Lyth had been suspended from bowling in competitive county cricket since 9 August 2022.
