Delivery of high quality analysis support during training and competitive series to an England Disability squad in order to optimise performance and decision making

YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF
- You have a passion for helping players thrive, perform and develop through the continued growth of performance analysis
YOU’LL BE DOING
- Performing the role of Performance Analyst with one of the England Disability squads as well as supporting a Disability Premier League team, pro-actively and expertly interpreting relevant sources of data and video to inform strategy, technical and tactical decision making
- As required perform analysis duties to assist coaching and player development during training sessions and pre tour camps to enhance talent/skill development
- Deliver analytical insights through data and video to support series preview and reviews processes
- Work closely with the coaches of the relevant England Disability squad, to ensure a collaborative approach to KPIs used to measure performance
- To work with other experts within operations, medical services and safeguarding to ensure the development of players and maintain safe environments for players to perform in
- To be present at all agreed training sessions and competitive series
- To work in a professional manner, representing the England and Wales Cricket Board
YOU’LL HAVE
- Experience in the provision of performance analysis, preferably within cricket
- Experience of working in high performance environments
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience of working with athletes/players with disabilities (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- DBS check
YOU’LL RECEIVE
- £100 day rate
