The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) is the national governing body for cricket in England and Wales, formed on January 1, 1997. It combines roles from the Test and County Cricket Board, National Cricket Association, and Cricket Council, and integrated the Women's Cricket Association in 1998. Based at Lord's Cricket Ground, the ECB oversees all levels of cricket, including national teams for men, women, and various disability categories.

The Ageas Bowl has been chosen to host the inaugural Charlotte Edwards Cup Finals Day on Sunday September 5.

The first-place team from each group in the group stage and the best second-place team shall qualify for the Finals Day.

Finals Day consists of two matches – the play-off and the final. The best first-place team qualifies automatically for the final. The other first-place team and best second-place team will play off for the remaining place in the final.

The Charlotte Edwards Cup resumes on Wednesday August 25.
