ICA Star, Asif Ali has had a great year so far. From winning matches for Islamabad United in PSL to hitting 4 sixes in an over against Afghanistan in the World T20 2021, Asif Ali has done it all this year and it seems like he is getting his just reward for that.

PUMA is a prominent name in almost every sport in the world. They have sponsored some of the finest athletes in the world. In Cricket, PUMA is currently sponsoring some great players like; Virat Kohli, Rashid Khan, Mitchell Marsh, Shakib-Al-Hasan and Chris Jordan. It is quite evident by these names that PUMA sponsors some of the best match-winning cricketers in the World.

PUMA has now signed our ICA star and Pakistan’s Match Winning Finisher, Asif Ali as their brand Ambassador. He will be the first and to date the only Pakistani to become a brand ambassador for PUMA.

Cricketers who have been sponsored by PUMA include; Virat Kohli, Devdutt Paddikal, Yuvraj Singh, KL Rahul, Washington Sundar, Rashid Khan, Mitchell Marsh, Kurtis Patterson, James Peirson, Brendon McCullum, Mushfiqur Rahim, Shakib-Al-Hasan, Laurie Evans, Geraint Jones, Chris Jordan, Mal Loye and Heino Kuhn. Now Asif Ali will join this list representing Pakistan and the ICA.

So far in 2021, Asif Ali has struck 8 sixes in T20I Cricket this year striking at a strike rate of 145. He won a Man of the Match award in Pakistan’s encounter against Afghanistan in World T20 2021. During PSL 2021, Asif scored 224 runs striking at a strike rate of 167 and smoked 18 sixes in the event, becoming an ultimate match-winner for Islamabad United in the event.
