ICC launches tender process for Data Services and Data Rights

The International Cricket Council (ICC) is the global governing body for cricket, founded in 1909 as the Imperial Cricket Conference. Renamed the International Cricket Conference in 1965, it became the ICC in 1987. Headquartered in Dubai, UAE, the ICC has 108 member nations.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) will today release its Invitation To Tender (ITT) for the ICC’s Official Data Rights Partner up until 2027.

The tender features 13 ICC events up until the end of 2027 and will include men’s and women’s senior and U19s events.

The applicants will have the rights to exploit ICC data rights and provide editorial support services for ICC Events, including provision of event and match preview packs and an official statistician.

This ITT is intended to attract responses from financially strong companies that have demonstrated a history of providing similar services and exploiting comparable rights with the capability to deliver to a world-class standard.

The ITT will be released today, and interested parties will need to email iccmediarights2024-2031@icc-cricket.com for further information on the tender.
