FM89 will be the Official English Radio Partner of the Franchise
Karachi, 28 January 2020 – Islamabad United, the most successful franchise in Pakistan Super League history, is pleased to announce its partnership with FM89 as the official news English Radio partner of the franchise.
As part of the partnership FM89 will have access to exclusive content from Islamabad United, including appearances by Islamabad United stars on its programming. FM89 will also help in the promotion of the Islamabad United brand in the lead up to, and during, the fifth season of the HBL PSL. The two organizations had previously partnered for the fourth edition of the PSL.
Regarding the partnership, Shakeel Masud Hussain, the CEO of Dawn Media Group, the parent company of FM89 said, “We are ecstatic to continue our partnership with Islamabad United, and we hope that this partnership remains a fruitful one for both parties. We have always supported the PSL and what it represents as a world class brand of Pakistan. We look forward to supporting and promoting the fifth season of the Pakistan Super League.”

Islamabad United is one of the six franchise teams in the Pakistan Super League (PSL), and is the winner of the first and third seasons of the HBL PSL.
