Islamabad United to continue partnership with Sabroso

Islamabad United is a Pakistani Twenty20 cricket team competing in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). Based in Islamabad, the team was established in 2015 for the league's inaugural season. It is owned by Leonine Global Investments through Leonine Global Sports, run by Amna Naqvi and Ali Naqvi.

Islamabad United, the most successful franchise in HBL PSL history, is happy to announce that it will continue its partnership with Sabroso The Chicken Specialist for 5 of the HBL PSL 5. Sabroso will be the Official Food Partner of the franchise, as it was for PSL 4. The partnership will give Sabroso access to exclusive digital content from Islamabad United. Sabroso will also participate in the promotion of Islamabad United for HBL PSL4.

Commenting on this partnership, Salman Sabir, the Chairman of Sabroso said,“We are really excited to continue with Islamabad United this season. Sabroso has the same core values as Islamabad United, we want a united Pakistan and a greener Pakistan. Islamabad United’s digital platform is very engaging and our partnership over the past twelve months with them has been a fruitful one. Sabroso has always invested in cricket, from Grade II to the PSL, and plans to do more in the future hopefully. Along with Islamabad United, we hope we can bring positive change to our country through cricket.”

Sharing his thoughts on this endeavour, Ali Naqvi, owner of Islamabad United added, “We are glad to continue our partnership with Sabroso for this season of PSL. Their reputation in the Pakistan poultry industry is unrivalled, and their commitment to makes this the perfect partnership for both parties.”

Islamabad United is one of the six franchise teams in the Pakistan Super League (PSL), and is the winner of the first and third seasons of the HBL PSL. The franchise believes in bringing change to Pakistani sports with the introduction of international standards of practice and a commitment to continuous progress.
