An exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspirational cricket coach to advance the development of the game for children and young adults in Jersey. We aim to inspire children to play cricket through the delivery of school, club and community-based programmes. Our representative teams consistently excel in ICC competition – the age group pathway continues to develop girls and boys to represent local club teams and Jersey with distinction on the international stage.
The purpose of the role is to lead the development of Jersey’s future cricketers and drive the growth and accessibility of junior cricket in Jersey. It will involve managing all junior programmes (summer and winter), management of age group pathways and, creating a fun and inclusive environment where everyone can fulfil their potential through cricket.
