Karachi Kings’ players, head coach have a special message for fans

Karachi Kings (KK) is a Pakistani Twenty20 cricket team competing in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). Based in Karachi, the team was established in 2015 by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and plays its home matches at the National Stadium.

Karachi Kings’ head coach Dean Jones, captain Imad Wasim, players Usama Mir and Babar Azam shared a special message for their fans before the upcoming fifth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

Jones asked his opponents to get ready as Kings are coming to roar in the mega event. “I am Dean Jones, ‘Ustad of Cricket’ and I am the head coach of Karachi Kings, its time for the Kings to reach the top because the Kings are born to rule the game. ‘Toh Hojao Tayyar’,” he said.

Kings’ captain Imad Wasim is also excited to lead his team on top in the mega event. He said every game of Kings will be competitive.

World’s number T20I batsman and Kings’ vice-captain Babar Azam is looking forward to leading his side from the front with the bat. “I am Babar Azam and I am Karachi Kings. All eyes are on me and my records. I aim to do better every time,” Babar said.

The leg-spinner Mir is ready to take the challenge and lead his side to the top in PSL 5. “I am Usama Mir. Kings are ready to play, so get ready,” he said.

It must be noted here that the PSL will start on February 20 in Pakistan. Kings will play against Peshawar Zalmi in their opening match at home ground on February 21.
