The Royal Dutch Cricket Association chooses Spinmarketing as its marketing communication agency to further put Dutch cricket on the map.

Spinmarketing and Playmakers , with whom Spinmarketing works together for this assignment, together have extensive experience in the sports and media industry. Both companies, located in Studio’s Aalsmeer, have (had) NFL Europe, KNZB, KNBSB, AFBN and the Athletics Union as clients. Media companies such as MTV, Radio Veronica and Sky Radio are also companies they work for (or have worked for in the past).

“Our choice for Spinmarketing was made on the basis of their appealing, realistic and distinctive ideas for our association”, says Milena van Not, director of the KNCB. “In addition to the previous positive results and experience with several niche sports in the Netherlands, the network in the media and their experience around major (sports) events were decisive. This, in combination with their hands-on mentality, ensures that they are a good partner in realizing our plans. ”

Ralph Heijnneman, director of Spinmarketing, adds: “It was good for us to discover that cricket has undergone enormous development in recent years, where entertainment has also become an increasingly important role in addition to sport. It is not only fun. to practice cricket, but also to watch. With the successes of the Dutch men’s team, we know that, together with the associations, players, fans and partners, we can grow cricket, where accessibility and atmosphere will become important pillars. “
