The International Cricket Council (ICC) have launched the online modules for their Level 1 Coaching certificate, which double as STAGE 2 of the USA Cricket Level 1: Coaching Fundamentals Course. STAGE 1, the ICC Foundation Certificate Course was released earlier in January.
Both components are delivered entirely online and are open to anyone seeking to take their first step on the coaching ladder and can be accessed by clicking this link.
Once participants pass both STAGE 1 the ICC Foundation Certificate, and STAGE 2 the ICC Coaching Course Level 1 modules, they will eligible to apply to attend the final stage of their USA Cricket Level 1: Coaching Fundamentals accreditation which is an 8-hour in-person practical workshop run by trained ICC Tutors.
These in-person practical workshops are likely to take place across the second half of 2022 beginning in July and will cost $100. To register your interest to attend a practical workshop you must complete the prerequisites, be a Member of USA Cricket, and submit a registration form by clicking this link.

- STAGE 1: ICC Foundation Course (six online modules)
- STAGE 2: ICC Coaching Course Level 1 (three modules)
- STAGE 3: In Person Practical Workshop and assessments
- First Aid and Safeguarding certificates.
Once these have been completed successfully, participants will be accredited as an USA Cricket Level 1 coach.
