About the job

The Head of Premium Operations will be responsible for the management of the Hospitality Operations team (x6) and the management and delivery of the Hospitality and Restaurant operation at Lord’s Cricket Ground, including 70 suites, 9 restaurants & 3 hospitality venues.

They will regularly review and develop Hospitality & Restaurant products, the customer journey and team performance and always strive to improve the customer experience whilst attaining budgets and to ensure excellent standards are upheld and monitored throughout the setup and delivery of the season.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Event Operations – Proven experience in large scale event operations and managing a team to deliver a wide range of offerings.
  • Attention to detail – Ability to highlight areas of improvement across hospitality collateral and site wide projects. To ensure the venue is regularly reviewed and areas are kept to a high standard.
  • Communication skills – Strong communications skills and experience of working with a range of internal & external stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration & leadership – Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Leadership skills to guide and lead team members.
  • Organisation – Strong organisational skills, ability to be across several projects at once whilst ensuring key tasks a prioritised and deadlines met.
