The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is the governing body for cricket in Bangladesh. It joined the ICC in 1977 and became a full member in 2000. The BCB oversees Bangladesh's men's, women's, and under-19 national teams.

In observance of the National Mourning Day 2020 which marks the 45th martyrdom anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) will distribute food to the poor and needy tomorrow (Saturday, 15 August) at the BCB National Cricket Academy Ground. The food distribution programme will start at 13h30. Recitation from the Holy Quran and Special prayers have also been arranged.
