The Melbourne Renegades Champions League returns this weekend for the eighth edition of the tournament.

The T20 competition will showcase talented South Asian players and match officials living in Victoria, with cricketers representing their countries of origin – India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Nepal.

Sri Lanka has been the team to beat over the past few editions, being crowned champions for a third year running in 2022.

Kicking off on Sunday 29 October the tournament will be played across four dates, culminating in the Grand Final to be played at CitiPower Centre on Sunday 3 December ahead of the Melbourne Renegades Family Day event.

Plans are underway for a Female edition, which was initially delayed but scheduled to be played in early 2024.

Truck Assist will once again be sponsoring the tournament, and we thank them for their commitment to the Renegades and our community.
