The Melbourne Renegades have made one change to their squad for Tuesday’s Indigenous Match against the Hobart Hurricanes at Marvel Stadium.

Young all-rounder Nathan McSweeney comes into the 13-man squad, replacing paceman Joe Mennie.

McSweeney, 20, has already played three First Class matches for Queensland, including one against Victoria earlier this season.

The Renegades will be aiming to make it three wins in a row on Tuesday night, buoyed by success on the road against the Sydney Thunder and the Brisbane Heat.

Tuesday’s game marks the Renegades’ inaugural Indigenous Match. The team will be wearing a special Indigenous playing shirt, captain Dan Christian will be using a Kookaburra bat with a specially designed Indigenous bat sticker, and the teams will bowl with Kookaburra match balls bearing an Indigenous design.

You can get your tickets via Ticketmaster here, or at the gate on match night.
