Fresh off his best season at the Stars, fast bowler Nathan Coulter-Nile will return for BBL|13 after agreeing to a one-year deal to remain at the club.

In BBL|12, Coulter-Nile took wickets in all but one match and currently sits 15th amongst the all-time leading wicket takers in the BBL.

With experience at international level as well as in the IPL, the WA-based quick can bowl at any stage of the innings and is more than handy with the bat in the lower order.

General Manager Blair Crouch welcomed Coulter-Nile’s return for this season.

“We were rapt with Nathan’s consistency in BBL|12 and he more than proved he can still match it with anyone at this level.

“With his experience, he’s a great resource to have for some of our younger members of the group and we now have a fast-bowling brigade that is flexible and full of options for Peter Moores and the rest of the coaching staff.”
