The Melbourne Stars would like to congratulate head coach David Hussey on his appointment as Head of Male Cricket at Cricket Victoria.
Hussey will complete his coaching commitments with the Melbourne Stars for BBL|12 before the club embarks on its search for his replacement for BBL|13 and beyond.
General Manager Blair Crouch said:
“We’d like to congratulate David on his appointment as Head of Male Cricket at Cricket Victoria. As well as his huge legacy as a player, David has done an outstanding job as head coach of the Melbourne Stars and we’ve still got a lot we want to achieve this season with David and the team.”
Melbourne Stars are a Twenty20 cricket franchise based in Melbourne, Victoria, competing in Australia’s Big Bash League. The team wears a green uniform and plays its home matches at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
