Melbourne Stars Marcus Stoinis and Annabel Sutherland have taken out two of the top honours at the Australian Cricket Awards.

Stoinis was named the Men’s T20I Player of the Year after performing so well for Australia, inlcuding the recent ICC Men’s T20 World Cup on home shores.

Sutherland’s efforts at a domestic level were duly recognised in an award voted by her peers.

Melbourne Stars Captain Meg Lanning was also named runner up in the Belinda Clark Award.

Betty Wilson Young Cricketer of the Year – Courtney Sippel
Bradman Young Cricketer of the Year – Lance Morris
Community Champion Award – Usman Khawaja
Woolworths Cricket Blaster of the Year – Mabel Tovey
Australian Cricket Hall of Fame inductees – Marg Jennings and Ian Redpath 

VOTING FRAMEWORK

The awards for international cricket are based on votes from players, umpires and the media on a 3-2-1 basis from each match. 
  
For the domestic awards, the votes are collected from all players.
