Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) is delighted to announce Cristal and Life, two brands coming under My Cola Beverages Private Limited as the “Official Bottled Drinking Water Partner,’’ of the SLC.

The signing and exchange of the 03 year agreement, which came into effect from today took place during a ceremony held in Colombo this evening.

My Cola’s latest entry comes in addition to its existing partnership with SLC, where the Beverage firm acts as the ‘’Official Carbonated Beverages Partner of Sri Lanka Cricket’’.

We are highly thankful to My Cola Beverages for once again showing confidence in Sri Lanka Cricket and wish to assure that they will derive the best value from this partnership with us,” said Mr. Mohan de Silva, Honorary Secretary of the SLC.

Under the agreement with SLC, My Cola Beverages will have the exclusive bottled drinking water availability rights within each stadium and match locations during the term, which shall include the right to engage in the sale and distribution of bottled water to the general public.

In return, the company will provide bottled water to players, officials, guests and VIPs at hospitality enclosures, accredited journalists, media persons and TV crew during all international matches. This is also apart from making a significant investment towards the promotion of the game of cricket in Sri Lanka.

“As a Sri Lankan Company, it is a great honor and a privilege to be the “Official Bottled Drinking Water Partner of Sri Lanka Cricket” in addition to being the “Official Carbonated Beverages Partner of Sri Lanka Cricket”, said Sharm Fernando, Executive Director and CEO of My Cola Beverages Private Limited.

This partnership will no doubt contribute immensely to make ‘Cristal’ and ‘Life’ Brands the “most preferred bottled water brands” in Sri Lanka. SLC being an International brand of Sri Lankan origin will also contribute to enhancing our Company’s existing international market presence, as well as contributing to the national economy of our country,” further added Fernando.
