Northern Districts Cricket Association (ND) seeks an organised and enthusiastic people person that is passionate about growing grassroots cricket across all communities. The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a progressive and aspiring organisation in alignment with the vision “to be a game for all”. They will be responsible to lead the implementation of the ND strategy and operation across the Bays region – this stretches from the Bay of Plenty, down to Taupō and all the way across to Poverty Bay. The role will aspire to grow participants in schools, colleges and clubs including leading great experiences through the SuperSmash regional programmes. Leading and managing key local stakeholder relationships and a team of local Development Officers and casual Activators, the successful candidate will be a key contributor within the ND community team and wider organisational culture.

This role is based at the Adams Centre in Mount Maunganui and the remuneration package includes salary + vehicle + fuel card + laptop + phone allowance.
