Earlier this month, Amy Satterthwaite and Dion Ebrahim shared their cricketing and coaching expertise through two virtual learning sessions.

Sessions were designed to enrich the coaching toolboxes of youth coaches throughout Aotearoa.

Amy Satterthwaite’s session focused on “Tools and strategies for coaching secondary school girls”, while Dion Ebrahim’s session looked into “Utilizing nets effectively within youth trainings”.

NZC Regional Coach Development Manager, Toby Doyle, explained the benefit of these sessions.

“These virtual learning sessions provide some great ideas and tools for youth coaches to allow them to provide player-centric and purposeful training and playing environments,” said Doyle.
