The International Cricket Council (ICC) has confirmed that no emergency board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday to discuss the Champions Trophy.
Reports from Indian media claiming such a meeting was planned have been dismissed by ICC sources, according to Dunya News.
These sources clarified that no discussions are currently scheduled regarding the tournament’s schedule, the hybrid model, or India’s potential non-participation.
Earlier, Indian media reported that an emergency ICC board meeting was set for November 26, with representatives from the Indian and Pakistan cricket boards expected to attend.
The meeting was rumored to focus on the Champions Trophy’s future, but the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has already denied any knowledge of such a meeting.
